This is the first phase of the global redevelopment project on the Oosteroever location in Oostende; Oosteroever is an 19th century old harbour area, it is an unique location next to the Vuurtorendok, the sea, the beach and the dunes.
The second phase of this redevelopment project is called 'Victoria'.
