The project involved the construction of a 110 room hotel and the refurbishment of three mansions located on the site: Rue Belliard in the European quarter of Brussels.
The new hotel incorporates one of the mansions. The second mansion is converted into social housing units, and the third mansion is redeveloped for a co-operative of doctors.
